AI Sports Highlights. On Autopilot. Meet Zentag AI at SportsPro AI + Tech

Quick Summary:
Zentag AI will be at SportsPro AI + Tech in London on 29-30 September 2026, two weeks after showing the platform live at IBC2026. Highlights remain the core: from a live or archived feed to a published social post in five automated steps, with vertical content for mobile built into the pipeline. In London we will also be talking about what sits underneath every clip, an indexed, searchable body of sports content, and the AI agents that help teams find and prepare footage faster. Email events@zentag.ai to set up a meeting.

From IBC2026 to SportsPro AI + Tech

IBC2026 was the first place we showed Zentag AI in person. Alongside the stand, our Commercial Director Oliver Lewis joined the Content Everywhere panel, AI-Powered Live Sports for the Mobile Generation, a discussion on how live sport reaches an audience that watches on a phone first. That is the same demand we hear from sports desks: highlights that publish while the match is still being talked about, and vertical cuts that work on mobile without a second edit. If you missed the show, the IBC meet-us post and the product walkthrough cover what was on the stand.

SportsPro AI + Tech is where those demands meet the people setting AI strategy inside leagues, federations, broadcasters and technology teams. That is the conversation we are bringing to London.

AI Sports Highlights. On Autopilot.

Zentag AI is an AI-driven sports content automation platform, born out of a leading sports data business and built to help broadcasters, rights holders, leagues and federations produce highlight content faster and at scale. From a live feed to a published social post, the platform automates five steps.

01. Detect. The most viral moments, automatically, straight from live or archived footage: goals, big plays, momentum shifts.

02. Clip. Match-ready in under a minute.

03. Reframe. Vertical for social, in seconds.

04. Orchestrate. Rules run it from start to finish.

05. Publish. To every social platform.

Zentag AI is trained across more than 50 sports, with automation tested and validated across 20-plus sports to date. It ingests RTMP, SRT or HLS streams as well as uploaded footage, and outputs custom-length highlight reels or individual moment clips, platform-ready for social and OTT.

Vertical Content for Mobile

Widescreen still wins the primary screen. Mobile and social demand vertical and square, and the audience that discovers a sport on a phone rarely waits for the broadcast edit. AI Reframe tracks players, ball and action so a widescreen master becomes a 9:16 cut with the play kept in frame, and batch processing handles a full slate of clips without an editor sitting on every one.

For rights holders growing an audience in new markets, this is the format that reaches them first. For broadcasters, it is the difference between one edit and three.

Indexed Content: What Every Highlight Runs On

AI outcomes depend on the data behind them. For sports video, that data is the index: which match, which moment, which player, what happened, what was said, and where it sits on the timeline.

Zentag AI builds that index automatically as footage passes through detection. Key moments are tagged across sports, and spoken content, including press conferences, interviews and podcasts, is transcribed and indexed by what was said. The result is a library where an editor searches by moment, player, phrase or context and pulls the clip instead of scrubbing the timeline. Highlights, recaps, vertical cuts and archive pulls are all generated from the same indexed content.

For leagues and federations, this turns a multi-season archive into a working commercial asset rather than storage.

AI Sports Clipping via Transcripts

On-pitch action is only half of sports content. Press conferences, post-match interviews, studio punditry and podcasts carry the quotes that move the story, and they are still clipped slower than a goal.

Zentag AI turns spoken sports video into searchable speech. Footage is transcribed on ingest, so an editor searches a word or phrase, generates the cut, checks the boundaries and adds or translates subtitles when the clip crosses markets. It runs on the same pipeline as highlights, with a different detection job, and the same vertical reframe applies before publish. For a manager's line from the presser or a pundit's call on the studio desk, the clip is ready while the quote is still being shared.

What to Ask Us About in London

Live highlights and Smart Live Recap. Individual moment clips and structured catch-up packages of the match so far, sized for OTT extras, companion apps and social.

AI Reframe at slate scale. Widescreen to vertical across dozens of clips per matchday, with the decisive moment kept in frame.

Archive indexing. How a multi-season archive gets tagged and searchable without a manual logging team.

AI agents inside the platform. A clip-recommendation agent that reviews footage and ranks the moments most likely to perform, and a separate in-platform assistant that cuts down the time your team spends searching for and preparing footage.

Automation inside your stack. The Zentag AI Partner API for teams who want highlights and indexing running inside tools they already use.

Expand

Zentag AI will be at SportsPro AI + Tech in London on 29-30 September 2026. Email events@zentag.ai to arrange a meeting during the event.

Does Zentag AI produce vertical content for mobile?

Expand

Yes. AI Reframe converts widescreen highlights into 9:16 and other platform ratios by tracking players, ball and action so the play stays in frame, and processes clips in batches for a full matchday slate.

What does Zentag AI mean by indexed sports content?

Expand

Indexed content is footage that has been automatically detected, tagged and made searchable by moment, player, phrase or context. Zentag AI builds this index from live feeds, archived files and spoken content, and every highlight, recap and archive pull runs on top of it.

Does Zentag AI work with live streams or only recorded footage?

Expand

Both. Zentag AI ingests live RTMP, SRT or HLS streams for real-time highlight generation and processes uploaded archive footage through the same detection and indexing pipeline.
